Our standard MOQ is 500 units per design. We set this limit primarily to ensure that you receive the most cost-effective unit price. In the custom printing industry (especially for board games and playing cards), significant fixed costs are involved in prepress setup, plate making, and machine calibration. Splitting these costs over 500 units allows us to maintain high-quality production while keeping the price per item competitive for your business.

Yes, we offer three types of sampling to ensure your project meets your exact expectations: 1. White Sample (Plain Sample): A non-printed sample using the actual production materials. This is ideal for verifying the box structure, paper thickness, and product dimensions at a lower cost. 2. Digital Sample: A printed sample using digital inkjet technology. It is perfect for checking the layout, text, and general color direction. 3. High-Fidelity Pre-production Sample (PPS): A final version made with mass production processes (offset printing, lamination, etc.). We highly recommend this to verify the final "look and feel" before the full run.

Sampling usually takes 7-10 days. Mass production typically ranges from 20 to 25 days after artwork approval and deposit receipt, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
How long is your delivery time? arrow-down
Sample Orders: 3–7 days for production plus 3–5 days for express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Total turnaround: 1–2 weeks. We accept both freight-collect (your account) or prepaid shipping. Bulk Orders: Typically 45–60 days depending on complexity and seasonality. Expedited production is available upon request—please contact our team to discuss your specific timeline.
What file formats do you accept for the artwork? arrow-down
To ensure the highest printing precision, we prefer vectorized files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, or EPS formats. We also accept high-resolution PSD or CDR files. Please ensure your designs meet the following technical requirements: 1. Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for all raster images. 2. Color Mode: All files must be set to CMYK (not RGB) to ensure color accuracy. 3. Fonts: Please convert all text to outlines or curves to avoid missing font issues. 4. Bleed: A minimum of 3mm bleed on all sides is required for cards, boxes, and puzzles.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due after mass production is completed and approved, but prior to shipment. We accept various secure payment methods, including T/T (Wire Transfer), Credit Card, and PayPal.
Do you offer worldwide shipping and DDP terms? arrow-down
Yes, we ship globally via air, sea, or express courier (DHL/FedEx). We are experienced in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning we can handle all customs clearance and import duties, delivering the goods directly to your warehouse.
How can you make sure the mass goods quality? arrow-down
To avoid common issues like color shifting or bowed cards, we align our mass production strictly with your approved PPS (Pre-production Sample). Our QC focuses on the details that matter to gamers: perfect centering, crisp varnish/linen finish, and structural durability of the tuck box. We invite third-party inspections to verify that the final product is a 1:1 reflection of the sample you loved.
